Opções de Reporte como Representante
Um representante pode representar várias empresas, sendo obrigatório ter domicílio e número de contribuinte português.
Pode efetuar o reporte da totalidade dos seus representados num só ficheiro.
Requisitos/condicionantes para esta opção:
i. O campo número de voo, a ser preenchido no ficheiro de excel, deverá conter o código ICAO de cada uma das transportadoras aéreas que operam os voos;
ii. No ato do reporte deverá ser mencionado no campo “observações” que o mesmo diz respeito x entidades (número total de entidades que estão a ser reportadas), identificando-as com o código ICAO, caso possua, e nome.
iii. Será emitido um só documento de liquidação e terá os dados de quem efetua o reporte.
Pode proceder ao reporte individualizado por representado
1º Procede ao registo de cada representado, dentro da sua conta;
2º Envia o reporte por representado;
3º O documento de liquidação pode ser individual, por representado, caso este possua domicílio/número de contribuinte português;
4º O documento de liquidação será emitido pelo montante total ao representante por todos os seus representados (uma linha da fatura por cada representado).
Registering as a Representative Person
A representative person may represent several enterprises, with the obligation to have residence in Portugal and a Portuguese fiscal number
It may report the totality of the represented entities in a single file.
Requirements / conditions for this option:
I. The area reserved for the flight number, filled in excel, must contain each of the ICAO codes for the air carriers responsible for each reported flight;
II. When reporting, it must be indicated in the “observations” area that the report refers to x entities (total number of entities being reported), identifying them with the ICAO code (if available) and the respective name;
III. A single liquidation document is issued, and it shall have the data of the person reporting.
An individual report for each represented enterprise is possible:
i. Proceeds to the registration of each represented enterprise in its account;
ii. Sends a report for each represented enterprise;
iii. The liquidation document may be individual per represented enterprise, in case this represented enterprise has its residence in Portugal and a Portuguese fiscal number;
iv. The liquidation document for the total amount is issued to the representative person on behalf of all its represented enterprises (one line in the invoice for each represented enterprise).
